After four years of the pharmacological - and gynecological - rollercoaster, it turns out that my severe depression was caused by the darn birth control pills! It's been two months now and my cycles even seem normal. Sure, I still have a few days of mild PMS depression each cycle, but heck, it's nothing compared to the black, suicidal hole I was in before. This is the same man who tells me to "get my act together" during my first appointment).

It put me asleep right away, gave me a sound, full-night's rest, and I woke up refreshed, not groggy. For some reason, the Trazadone and Zoloft mix badly for me (possibly Zoloft's sedative effects at higher doses for me? Even 1/4 pill of the 50 MG makes it difficult for me to wake up. I just want to Sllllleeeeeeep nearly all day!
