http://brenchleyfam.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
These are the days of our lives. Saturday, July 24, 2010. We always spend time in St George in the summer, I don't know why we go there the worst time of the year but we always do. Note to self, go to St George September through early June. We have learned that if you can get to the splash pad or water park by 10 am you can get a few hours of fun in before it gets too hot. We love the water park downtown St George, wish they had it when I was young. One of our summer traditions is to go to Tuachan. Every...

The Brenchley Family: December 2010
http://brenchleyfam.blogspot.com/2010/12/december-2010.html
These are the days of our lives. Thursday, December 30, 2010. In attempt to not be disowned by my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law blogging is coming back in full force. Here is what was happing December 2010. McKell had her first real school project to do by herself at home. It was a family tree. She went back 5 generations all around. We decorated cookies with the Henry kids. It is so fun to live close to them again. The kids each sat on Santa's lap and told Santa what they wanted. It was fun to see...

In a Nutshell: GM Cleanse
http://m-mythoughts.blogspot.com/2012/07/gm-cleanse.html
Monday, July 16, 2012. First of all I hate bananas. I ate four today. That is more bananas than I normally eat in a year. I don't love to drink milk. Especially when it is not preceded by consuming a warm chocolate chip cookie. But I felt good today, I worked out (very lightly) and didn't get light headed. 4 bananas, 3 (yes 3! I had some more almonds on day six probably an entire serving (24 almonds). And I had quinoa instead of brown rice because it turns out I don't have any! Get out of town! Richard a...

In a Nutshell: I hope you didn't hold your breath
http://m-mythoughts.blogspot.com/2008/12/i-hope-you-didnt-hold-your-breath.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2008. I hope you didn't hold your breath. I barely took a shower today. At 3 weeks Josh took his first airplane ride for his aunt Ally's wedding. That's what he's all dressed up for in this picture. I'd like to say I'll post more soon, but I can't make any promises. I'll have you know I DID hold my breath! To say I am blue in the face is putting it lightly! However, PLUS SIDE! I now know I can hold my breath for over six months! January 1, 2009 at 12:29 PM. January 8, 2009 at 8:38 AM.
