Grimm Family Fun: The Polar Express and Santa's Workshop!
http://grimmfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2014/04/the-polar-express-and-santas-workshop.html
Tuesday, April 1, 2014. The Polar Express and Santa's Workshop! Just before Christmas we headed to Flagstaff and caught the Polar Express. What a fun train ride all the way to the North Pole (or so they say). We all had a blast pulling out our winter clothes and spending time in the snow. Made it actually feel like Christmas. The best part is in order to go on the Polar Express you simply have to put on your pajamas and a warm coat! Getting into their Polar Express attire at the hotel before we left.

Tuesday, April 1, 2014. I can't believe our baby is 4, guess he really isn't a baby anymore. Wow time really goes too fast. Besides some random tantrums from time to time, we are blessed to have such a sweet, smart, loving, and funny fella to keep us thoroughly entertained! Can't wait to see what this next year brings. Celebrating Mommy's birthday at the beginning of February. By heading to The Lego Movie. Brayden and his friends, Jackson and Hailey, at the zoo having an early birthday celebration! Some ...

Grimm Family Fun: January 2014

Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Fall Break in San Diego. Road Trip to San Diego! Now that we have a kindergartner we had to start planning family vacations around the school calendar. This year we decided to stay fairly close to home and drive to San Diego for a little getaway. It is only about 4 hours away and only Shaun had been there before so we figured it was the perfect family spot! Although we are not golfers we stayed at the Lodge at Torrey Pines. Wow, what a great hotel! Sunset over the ocean.

Grimm Family Fun: August 2011
http://grimmfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 19, 2011. In July we headed to the east coast to try and escape some of the heat and to see some family. We had a terrific time, got to catch up with lots of family and found tons of things to keep us busy. It went by way too quickly, but here are some of the highlights. We timed our visit perfectly and got to attend the family reunion for Shaun's great grandmother's side while we were there. This year the reunion was held at Uncle Jeff and Aunt Paula's farm. What a beautiful place! After ...

Yia Yia's House: New Year's Eve 2011
http://yiayiashouse.blogspot.com/2011/12/new-years-eve-2011.html
Saturday, December 31, 2011. New Year's Eve 2011. Just took a quick look at our 2011 pictures in Picasa. It's like the entire year at a glance, in living color. Almost all of the photos are of my treasures, my family. My husband, my children, my grandchildren are my reason to get up in the morning and carry on. I thank my Father in Heaven for everyone of them and ask His blessings on them. Come Lord Jesus and revive us again! December 31, 2011 at 12:11 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I am Chuck's...

Yia Yia's House: April 2012
http://yiayiashouse.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Back home, the kids rested in front of a movie while the dads went shopping. Later, Sara fixed us a mini seder meal of matzah ball soup, matzah, and haroset. Mmmm! Our little passengers weren't quite as happy on the trip home, and were very worn out, but it went pretty well, especially after Blaise fell asleep, finally. A big thank you to our hosts for putting us up and all the cooking and cleaning. We had a great time! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Yia Yia's outdoor house.

Yia Yia's House: February 2012
http://yiayiashouse.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 20, 2012. In her second pregnancy, Kelsey researched natural births and gained a lot of helpful information, including hiring a doula to assist through labor and to be an advocate at the hospital. What a difference this made! This experiece gave Kelsey the confidence to go for a home birth with baby three. The long dance was over at last. Kelsey cried tears of relief and joy. Grimm Family Fun: August 2012

Monday, August 27, 2012. This year both of the kids really enjoyed Easter and especially going on Easter egg hunts. Larkin and Brayden on hunt number 1 at the local park for our playgroup. Bray searching for eggs! Checking out what he found. Poor Brayden was too tired to dye eggs, but Larkin sure had fun! Getting the hang of it. On Easter morning the kids were excited to see what the Easter Bunny left for them. Here are their goody baskets! Brayden looking through his Elmo basket.

Check into the Roach Motel: January 2015
http://texasroachmotel.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Check into the Roach Motel. And check out our world. Thursday, January 1, 2015. I somehow managed to not take any pictures in November (well, excluding the few cell pics and a couple of the kids decorating our Christmas tree). Sigh. I do know we had a great time in Wichita for Thanksgiving, though! The kids got lots of cousin time and we all had fun relaxing, watching movies and, of course, eating lots of yummy food. This year we opted for the one day drive to Denver. We loaded the kids into the car ...
