Formerly known as the Long Marston Estate, the site was owned for over 60 years by the Ministry of Defence and was occupied by the Army Engineering Corp. It was acquired by St. Modwen in 2004 when the MoD had no further use for it. This 478 acre site is situated off the B4632, equidistant between Stratford-upon-Avon and the beautiful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Its 100m redevelopment into Meon Vale, a mixed-use leisure-based scheme is now well underway.
