The adventure of life with a four year old and twin toddlers. My little big man. December 17, 2011. Reid wakes up by 6:15 am almost every morning and today was no different. He was at my bedside at 6:00 asking to get in next to me. As usual, my half asleep self allowed him in. He, and adam (a slightly later entry into my bed) stayed there for about 20 minutes before telling me exactly how hungry. After breakfast, and a trip to the farmers market, and lunch, and playing in the backyard. November 13, 2011.

Finding a reason to ride. Taking a bike lock is often far to inconvenient. The best single solution has yet to be reached that combines convenience, lightweight, and security. Now there is a move to develop systems, not to protect the bike from being stolen but simply to locate it afterwards. We could debate the merits of such a movement but I can see advantages of it in conjunction with a locking system or simply as a GPS. Friday, October 21, 2011. A Bedroom Remix Update. Look; we hung curtains! I think the bedroom looks much more finished. With them there. We bought the curtains from Ikea when we were in DC for my work trip, and then my friend Angie. Who is a fantastic seamstress, hemmed them to the perfect length for our windows.
