Thursday, January 12, 2012. So my sister and I went to London and Paris for the week between Christmas and New Year's. It was a blast! We shopped, we toured, we shopped and we snacked! Here are some pictures of our adventures! Red phone booths were everywhere. I think they are very old. We saw Wicked with Rachel Tucker as Elphaba- BEST VOICE EVER! The CD was icky to listen to after hearing HER defy gravity! On the train to the London Temple. The grinder really worked! A walk along the Seine.

We swam in the mighty Gila River. Inside the cave near a clear pool. Beach in San Diego. Panning for gold at the Mormon Battalion Monument in San Diego. We toured an aircraft carrier, the USS Midway. It was for a fund raiser at work for Valentine's Day. Made some Oreo truffles! This chicken sandwich was mocking me by sticking out its tongue at me! What did I do? David had to work, but the Parnell's were there along with Grandma and Grandpa and Melissa. The weather was perfect! The kids spent most of the time working on a fort they built in the trees. One of the nights grandpa made a fire and we roasted hotdogs and marshmallows. Claira just found the last missing one yesterday and enjoyed the candy inside!
