Monday, November 26, 2012. How did we cope without turkey and stuffing and pumpkin pie? Don't worry, we didn't have to. Because we happened to come across ONE frozen turkey in a supermarket in Port-au-Prince. And we became so worried that some wandering American NGO employee was going to take OUR one turkey. So we called the supermarket and asked them to reserve it for us (it took a few minutes to explain that we wanted the whole turkey and not just some deli slices). We went to the large Saturday market.
