Split in between panic and yearning it moves me. Drags me with it. Towards something I have been after for some time. I am desperate not to get swept away. I am desperate to be swept. I can only hope that when it is over. My heart and I will have a treaty signed. I will follow you if you lead me true.

Thursday, September 26, 2013. I have not cried in years. And though it was mild it was refreshing. A sense of sadness explored deeply. Showing me the bottom so I can rise up. And in that I wish I could be settled. I wish I could settle for less than perfect. It would be easier on my heart, mind, body. The mere mention of love pushes me back though. It reminds me of that which I do not have. It reminds me of what I want. What I hope another wants. I want to love so much and so true. That I can give it up.
