Sunday, March 12, 2006. I think this movie reflects a need in society for education. An education that looks beyond color or ethnicity, an education that educates people to appreciate their differences. Something within each of the characters told them it was ok to have stereotypes about another and to act upon this feelings. At some point this type of thinking was learned, but when and where? Saturday, April 08, 2006. 1 Are we too tolerant of students in schools who don't want to be there? I think this is a very difficult situations that students and teachers alike have to deal with. Working together and coming up with solutions may help diminish the affects of students with negative attitudes.
