September 1, 2016. I have become so used to waking up feeling sad, hopeless basically that unwell feeling that every time I have a great wake up, I am confused. I just don’t understand what am I supposed to do. I even think, wow! I never realised that I felt this good. Wonders that happen in mind and body. June 27, 2016.
