Funding a Better Tomorrow in the Nicola Valley. The Berta Fraser Centre at Gillis House. The Berta Fraser Centre provides a variety of services and activities to seniors no longer able to entirely care for themselves. Seniors are also able to take advantage of the bathing facilities and support services in Gillis House. The Berta Fraser Centre also provides respite for care givers during daytime hours.
