Ingredients For The Crust. 2 cups of all purpose flour. 2 Tablespoons of Tapioca flour. 1 stick of chilled unsalted butter. 1/2 cup (100 g) powder sugar. 1 pinch of salt. The grated zest of a lemon. Gather dough into a ball; flatten into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill at least 1 1/2 hours. DO AHEAD Can be made 2 days ahead. Keep chilled. Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C).
