He woke up crying from teething last week and I went up to take him some Tylenol. I picked him up and as I put the dropper to his mouth he growled, "Not that! I had to laugh - he growls 90% of his little sentences. He tries to run and it's the cutest thing you've ever seen. If I leave the baby gate open for 2 seconds he knows it and books it as fast as his fat legs can go, pumping his arms, eyes wild with the thrill of MAYBE making it into the office where he can throw pens around.

Sunday, August 17, 2014. 2 cups dark brown sugar. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. 1 1/2 teaspoons soda. 4 cups sweet chocolate chips. 2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans). Preheat oven to 350°F.Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar and beat 3 to 4 minutes. Add vanilla, eggs, flour, salt and soda. Stir until sticky. This cookie dough will be somewhat dry. Do not overmix, or the cookies will be tough. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Throw like a girl.
