Mesilla Valley Arabian Horse Association. To encourage interest in Arabian horses, to promote and manage exhibits, shows and other equine events for the education and appreciation of Arabian horses, and to encourage ownership and enjoyment of Arabian horses. Membership shall be by invitation only. Any member may bring a person or persons interested in joining the Association to a meeting to meet the members of the organization. Article I. Membership.
