It has subsequently spread all over the world, mostly in slightly modified Japanese forms. The word Trodai is an ancient Celtic name meaning "Warrior" or "Fighter".

The first lesson is free for everyone, it just costs a little of your time. There is no pressure to join Trodai Karate, just come along to one of the classes listed below and see if it s for you!
