http://helenernst.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Link and Party At! Monday, June 1, 2015. Went To A Longarm Shower! Yeap you read that right! Inge invited a few quilters for a lunch to celebrate the arrival of her Longarm! Here is the invitation. Here is my card for Grace and Mommy Inge. Inside the card I wrote:. Inside the bag is a Longarm book along with several brands of thread. And of course a bottle for Inge, to put wine in for those late night feedings! Funny how we are blocking the new additon. But you know how it is all about the quilters!

http://helenernst.blogspot.com/2014/07/quilt-con-mason-jar.html
Link and Party At! Monday, July 7, 2014. Quilt Con and a Mason Jar! My husband and I for years throw our spare change into a bucket and every January before we go skiing, we cash it in. It is fun to see how much that change actually adds up to be. Can I say, this family of four (now three) usually gets close to 4 weekly passes of skiing each year! So this year I am joining Val over at Val's Quilting Studio. So hop on over to Val's blog. If you want to join in. And lets see what you end up getting. Quilt ...

Monday, October 22, 2012. Rachel is getting more and more charming everyday. She has those chubby checks and in a couple days she will be 4 months old! The kids still adore her and Gwen loves showing off that she can carry Rachel. Nate still loves hugging and kissing her, but we still have to work on that she isn't a doll with movable parts. She loves watching them, so that's cool. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Durham, NC, United States. Stay at home Mom of Gwen and Nathan. View my complete profile.

And then there were 5: Retrospection*

Saturday, November 10, 2012. But at this point I think the top one will just fall out first! He loves school and was supposed to be child of the week this week, but he has been sick, so he missed the last 2 days of school and Mother-Son bowling. I think we'd be pretty disappointed by that, if he wasn't so tired, he is kind of just rolling with it. He isn't 100% better yet, but he's getting there (I hope! And, what would this "updating post" be without pictures you ask? Well, of course a boring post, so h...

Friday, October 12, 2012. I have some recent pictures of Rachel, would you like to see them? Oh, wait, first I'm going to write some stuff and then I'll post the slide show. Rachel is getting bigger, or so people tell me. I think she is about the same as she always was, I am sure, I've had to put away 0-6 month clothes and she isn't even 4 months yet (3.5 months today! These are all things I should have probably considered a long time ago, but there are really no good solutions in this house, and I despe...

And then there were 5: 4 months
http://mjonaip.blogspot.com/2012/10/4-months.html
Thursday, October 25, 2012. The princess is now 4 months old! Ok, the second princess, Gwen gets mighty offended if I call her princess, but fortunately I happened upon a book at the library called The Second Princess. And just have to remind her that 2 princesses are ok, she is still the first princess. Ah, the joys of multiple children! This is also making the diaper changing a bit more challenging, since she is mostly laying on her side when I am trying to get the diaper off and on. View my complete p...

Saturday, March 10, 2012. We have gotten in the habit lately of taking the kids to the build-and-grow at Lowes. Every couple weeks they have a new thing to build and the kids love it! As a matter of fact, Nate came into our room this morning and saw the printout for the waiver and started squealing with delight. A couple of weeks I actually remembered to bring my camera and snapped some pictures. This was the "castle" The kids don't always help a lot, but they love adding the stickers. Links to this post.
