MetaFix™ I
I Platte ist ein winkelstabiles Osteosynthese-System zur Behandlung schwerer und leichter Fehlstellungen. Die Platte zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Festigkeit und Tragkraft durch ein proximales Überkreuzen der Schrauben aus. Zwei K-Draht-Löcher erlauben die temporäre Fixierung der Platte am Knochen. Sie ist kombinierbar mit winkelstabilen Schrauben und erhältlich in mehreren Längen für den linken und rechten Fuß. Für schwere und leichte Fehlstellungen. Stabile Korrektur in der Post-OP-Phase.
MetaFix™ BLP™
Wurde speziell für die winkelstabile Fixierung der proximalen Chevron-Osteotomie zur Hallux-Valgus Korrektur entwickelt. MetaFix. Kann für weitere Osteotomien, wie z.B. einer Opening- oder Closing-Wedge Osteotomie, ebenso verwendet werden. Die winkelstabile Platte erweitert das bestehende MetaFix. System. Es wird dasselbe Instrumentarium und dieselben Schrauben wie für die erste Generation verwendet. Für schwere und leichte Fehlstellungen. Stabile Korrektur in der Post-OP-Phase.

For moderate and severe deformities. Inherent stability provides post-op control of elevation/Depression-shortening/elongation-pronation/supination. Minimizes post-op edema due to locking stability. Early functional therapy improves ROM. Immediate weight bearing in a post-op sandal only with physicians permission. Closing Base Wedge Osteotomie. Opening Base Wedge Osteotomie. Modifizierte proximale Chevron Osteotomie. Plates and screws are made of Titanium Alloy (Ti6Al4V, ASTM F-136, ISO 5832-3).
MetaFix™ Ludloff
The new Merete Ludloff plate allows the surgeon to obtain RIGID LOW PROFILE fixation for Hallux Valgus correction using the familiar Ludloff osteotomy technique. Previous fixation with only two screws was inadequate and required non-weight bearing post op care. With the Merete Ludloff Plate you achieve rigid stable fixation. Anatomic Low Profile Design right and left in three lengths, 31.0 mm, 34.0 mm, 38.0 mm. Can be combined with MetaFix. LS locking screws in Ø 3.0 mm and Ø 3.5 mm.
MetaFix™ MTP
2 plate lengths (39 mm and 52 mm) for left and right foot. The plate can be fixed with the Standard MetaFix. LS locking screws 3.0 and 3.5 mm and cannulated PCS srews Ø 3.0 mm. Prebent 5 of dorsiflexion and valgus, with ability to contour more for better patient adaptation. Slotted compression hole proximally for additional compression to the joint. Fusion of the 1st Metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint. Plates and screws are made of Titanium Alloy (Ti6Al4V, ASTM F-136, ISO 5832-3).
MetaFix™ OpenWedge
Locking design provides strong fixation and the surgeon may use either 3.0 mm or 3.5 mm locking screws. Temporary k-wire holes are available proximal and distal. The distal k-wire hole is placed in such a fashion to aid in holding the osteotomy in position by advancing the kwire into the 2nd metatarsal to assist in holding the osteotomy open. MetaFix. Plates are manufactured of TiAl6V4 ELI. High strength and stability due to the plate design with the locking screws. Use of Standard MetaFix.
