This weekend was amazing- I proved to myself that I am capable of pushing myself harder than I imagined, and had a great time doing it! Wednesday, July 30, 2008. This is my new home. I move in this Friday. I am so excited. There is so much I could say about this new journey in my life- I am trying to embrace these new commitments I've made and make a real home and life for myself. I am both excited and scared. I spent the majority of my time in Lima wandering around enjoying the city and people, eating amazing vegetarian cuisine, poking through the artisanal markets, and went one day to explore Huaca Pucllana. One night was witness to one of the prettiest sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. And it was delicious. Friday, February 15, 2008. Adventure and International Friends.
