Het landsbesluit is in werking getreden per 1 januari 1963. Verzamelen van benodigde informatie omtrent weer en klimaat verzamelen in de ruimste zin des woords. Samen met haar relaties/partners wordt steeds gewerkt aan het verbeteren van het diensten pakket ten behoeve van alle gbruikers.
