Our group focuses on the research of microbial pathogens which affect human health by using bioinformatics methods, which include genome sequence analysis, evolutionary analysis, protein function prediction and host-pathogen interaction. The projects include SARS-CoV, S. suis. Influenza virus, Mycrobacterium. We have established an expertized team on database development and maintenance.
