Thursday, March 29, 2012. So it's been well over a week since my last run. I did a 2 mile run on March 20th. So what's my issue? Cold and Sinus issues. I have been sick with congestion, cough, pain in my face, headaches, etc. I've been able to do a few home workouts but with the pollen count in the medium high range, I didn't want to push a ran dealing with a cold and asthma.
