Monday, December 26, 2011. I think I'll go to Boston. And see lots of my best friends. Including Natalie. And Lindsay. (and some new friends). YSA Extraordinaire- I see you Natalie). I went to Boston for a YSA Conference in October. It was amazing. The speakers were incredible, the fall weather was perfect and seeing so many of my friends was the best. It was the same weekend as the Head of the Charles. The classiest sport around. It was Boston, in the fall. It was a dream. December 26, 2011 at 10:22 PM.

Monday, December 26, 2011. What You Wish For. Amber, Emilie, R. L. Stine. Back in October Emilie had a work conference in NYC and came to stay for a couple nights. She works for the UN and they launched a new book, "What You Wish For" which has short stories written by famous authors (The proceeds go to charity). One of the authors was R. L. Thursday, March 31, 2011. A Day to Remember. Luckily with my school schedule I was able to be home during the week before my Grandpa's funeral. I got to help with different preparations/projects for the actual day. I helped my mom go through pictures to put in frames for a display. It was nice to be able to look through so many pictures of Grandpa throughout the week. Lots of great memories! My Grandpa always had red gumballs in his cupboard when we came over. It was our favorite treat at his house.

Friday, September 26, 2014. Over Labor Day Weekend Rudy and I went to the Pacific Northwest for a getaway with his friends. Robby was going up for the whole week and invited the rest of us to come up for the weekend. He is from Washington, however, right outside of Portland. Needless to say I was confused all weekend. Are we in Oregon or Washington? Was a common phrase. We flew in Friday night and drove straight to Robby's parents house. How funny that boys do not communicate what to pack for trips.

Saturday, July 28, 2012. I woke up at 4:00 this morning to be able to see this handsome little guy swim in his first ever Olympics. I hardly got any sleep last night because I was so nervous and anxious for him to swim but I couldn't be more proud of him for working so hard and am so happy he got to fulfill one of his life long dreams. Sunday, July 3, 2011. My college roommate Lacey came to visit this weekend. Within 24 hours of her arriving, we had gone to the Capitol, the White House, the Washington Monument, Lincoln and WWII Memorials, drove by the CIA several times, went shopping in Georgetown, ate at Georgetown Cupcakes, and spent a few hours tanning at the pool.
