Walking through the north end of the GCT tunnel today, I had to stop and wonder what prompted the MTA to open up the ceilings at three different points, why they didn't seem to have any standard of barrier to keep us passengers from walking under these openings and why the shoe shine guy had a better airport quality stretch barrier? How am I supposed to get to that vending machine?
