Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Flannel Friday - March 27th - Blue Shark, Blue Shark. This is a flannel story a previous storytime presenter made and I used this week. Like Brown Bear, Brown Bear. Blue Shark, Blue Shark, what do you see? I see a green turtle looking at me. Green turtle, green turtle, what do you see? I see a pink octopus looking at me. Pink octopus, pink octopus, what do you see? I see an orange seahorse looking at me. Orange seahorse, orange seahorse, what do you see? Today went very well.

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Here is what I did:. Opening song: Open Shut Them. Book #1 - Inch by Inch. A favorite from my childhood. Flannel Story -Herman the Worm (used vegan one here. Book #2 - Noodle and Lou. I started to lose some of the younger ones at this point. A great story about friendship. Action Song - Shake your Sillies Out - Raffi. Here I talked a bit about making letters with scarves - I could only do O and I, should have figured out more before hand. Book #3 - Ned's New Home.

Storytime plans for children ages 2 - 5 including book reviews, craft ideas, songs, and activities. Boxed in at Story Time. This week our story time theme was Boxes. This is a fun theme, and there are several books that go well with this theme. I actually did 4 books (2 book form and 2 prop stories, more on that later) and there were others I liked but could not use. Our letter of the day was B. Our discussion led very well into our first story. We read Special delivery. After reading Special Delivery.
