Kaelynn and Jay: December 2009
http://kjsryan.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
This past weekend, cousin Lily came to visit with us while her Mommy and Daddy were on a little trip to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary! We had so much fun playing with Lily and were lucky to have all that time to spend with her. We snuggled into our pjs and watched movies together. I did still take some time to play with my little brother too). Mommy even let me keep my tent up all weekend so we could 'camp out'. So instead it was just me and Lily (with our colorings). Peek-a-boo with Santa Lily.

Being positive has been very helpful throughout my training. When my knee was acting up, the positive thoughts helped. Along with being positive is mentally preparing yourself for the race. Good Foot Forward: "Nice Fanny-Pack!"
http://goodfootforward.blogspot.com/2010/03/nice-fanny-pack.html
Monday, March 1, 2010. Last weekend I ran 14 miles, with no insults, and I felt great. In both long runs I could feel my knees getting shaky at mile 13. Not pain, but feeling like I've got spaghetti for legs. I know its my body getting use to the physical demands which are enormous in running long distances. And this reminds me. With that, I hope to have many stories to tell and more pictures to share. Putting my good foot forward,. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Http:/ www.jeffgalloway.com.

She was even glad to go to the doctor and get her shots (okay, not too happy about the shots), but knew it was part of getting ready to go to school. At her appointment we discovered she is a pretty average kiddo- 49% for height and 50% for weight. Go Shay- she may be the tall one in the family! We are very proud of her today! Aidan's House and The Waterpark. This past weekend, we went to visit our friend Aidan and his Mommy, Roz and Daddy, Dan. They even have a dog, Mugsy. Jay was amazed with Mugsy. I think he thought she looked like a nice, big, cuddly stuffed puppy until she started moving. They even shared a kiss! We also got to visit our friend Cohen and his Mommy, Melanie and Daddy, Andy. They stayed at a fun hotel that even had a waterpark! So we were sure to go play with them there. Posted by Kaelynn and Jay Ryan.
