Basically the outside of the bore that fits inside the servo was machined down on a lathe to the standard MGB cylinder diameter. Lots of work, but could not find anything else that would fit.

Just an idea I was working on to see what aesthetic changes moving the rear axle of an MGB backwards would have. I have come to the conclusion the improvements are not just aesthetic.
