If your looking for a very efficient round with a lot of punch pushing a 180gr Bullet up to 2500 fps or a 200gr Hornady FTX up to 2400 fps out of a 16.5" barrel and able to take most North American Big Game out to 300 Yards then the 358MGP is it. Two 5 Shot Groups at 100 yards. Left 952" is 22.9grs and the Right .352" is 23.0grs of Lil-Gun. 200gr Hornady FTX @ 2100FPS. From Left to Right :. There are two bullets that are not shown. 358 MGP with the Hornady 200gr FTX. Uses Standard 6.8 SPC Bolt.

For the 358 MGP From 6.8 SPC Cases. First step is to run the 6.8 SPC case into a 30 Caliber sizing die (I use a LEE 308 Win die with the sizing button located down as far as you can go in the die) this opens the case enough for the second step. Please do not use any die that the case body is smaller than the 6.8 case an example of that would be a 300 Whisper/Blackout. Also do not use a 30 Herrett die as you will push the shoulder back even farther than it is. It is best to use a 308 die*.

Here is a fire form load that im using 9mm 115gr FMJ Bullets @ 2815 fps and has punched clean through 1/4" steel plate. Nice Missouri Buck taken from another happy 358MGP. Yards and piled up under 30 yards. The 358 MGP puts some more meat in the Freezer Nice Spike taken in North Carolina with a Hornady 200gr SP. Here's a couple nice Texas Hogs taken with the 200gr FTX from another Happy 358MGP owner. It also works very well on Coyotes at 183 yards.
