knits of life: PIRATE PARTY
http://ben-christi.blogspot.com/2011/03/pirate-party.html
Tuesday, March 15, 2011. I started imagining this party some time in January. It was sort of a celebration of finally having a house that I could have people over in, using Joachim as my inspiration. That's my acknowledgment that his Birthday party was for me as much as for Joachim. We used the pallets from when the fencing was delivered and some of the sections of fence left by the previous owners. It was one of the things we did together that actually worked out really well because he got to do a l...

http://futurephillymissus.blogspot.com/2008/10/craigslist-finds.html
Monday, October 6, 2008. Since I am addicted to wedding internet porn, I come across a lot of wedding stuff during my time surfing. I came across Mhari Scott Photography. And was really captivated by her images and style. She does photojournalism, which my fiance and I decided to go with since we wanted a real life record of the day. And to top it off to boot her prices are AWESOME. 8 hours for $1550 (according to her website). Check out her blog. To look at her work and more info. Our first registry gift.

http://ben-christi.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 18, 2011. I'd thought I'd write more about this, but time doesn't permit me to type out the long rambling entries about my crafting life that I compose laying in bed (probably a good thing). Below is a picture of our "laundry room" before we really started work on the house. When we started, it was just a cement floored cave with a leak in the wall. Unfortunately, ...

When all the tags were retrieved they lined them up in order to read where the dinosaur nest was with the pinata egg. My original idea was...
