Spending a semester in Pune, India! Okay Sorry it’s been so long. I guess I didn’t stay true to my vow that I would post more. But hopefully the next two posts will help me explain. Oh, we were so wrong. After we were all in, we were greeted by a crowd we didn’t expect. There were almost exclusively foreigners, and most of them were much older than us. Spending a semester in Pune, India! September 14, 2013. It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here… sorry about that. Last weekend we went on a hike up a mountain in an area called Tikona. It is about an hour and a half drive from the center of the city, so waking up at 5:45 was a bit more manageable with the prospect of sleep on the horizon. When we got to the area, we stepped out of the bus and saw a beautiful lake and just completely green landscape, with hills surrounding us. September 6, 2013.

Spending a semester in Pune, India! Writing on my phone because my computer won’t turn on WHICH IS ANNOYING. This past weekend, 10 of us went on a bike trip with a wonderful adventure guide company down the Konkan coast. We started in a town called Dapoli and travelled through many other small towns for about 80km. We did the whole thing in a day and a half and had such a wonderful time.
