Filet mignon à la moutarde. 1 filet mignon de 500g. 2 cuillères à soupe de moutarde. 2cl de vin blanc. 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive. 1 cuillère à soupe de beurre. Dans une sauteuse, faire chauffer l'huile et le beurre. Faire cuire le filet mignon jusqu'à ce qu'il soit doré et réserver. Faire revenir les oignons émincés pendant 5 minutes puis déglacer les oignons avec le vin blanc. À 18:49 - Plats en sauce.
