Under the Monkey Tree: August 2006

Under the Monkey Tree. Thursday, August 31, 2006. Anysara Gets Political - U.S. Senate Races 2006. With that disclaimer, here's the break down of U.S. Senate races:. Current seat holdings in the U.S. Senate:. In order to take control of the Senate, Democrats need to hold all seats and pick up 7 seats from Republicans. While this is unlikely, few Demcratic seats are in danger (only Connecticut comes to mind due to the Lieberman debacle) and Dems stand a decent chance of picking up at least two seats.

Today my hubby has a soso relationship with his mother, no relationship with his middle brother and a fanstatic relationship with his youngest brother. Not so his middle brother. Under the Monkey Tree: June 2006
http://underthemonkeytree.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Under the Monkey Tree. Wednesday, June 21, 2006. Here I sit at my regular perch in Serious Coffee whiling away the morning writing, emailing, and playing online sudoku. I've been surfing some new blogs lately - their links can be found on the right - which brings me to my first point of interest of the day. Was the 2004 Presidential Election stolen and do we really care now that it's 2006? Yesterday I was reading this article in Rolling Stone. There is reportedly a rebuttal here. Where would it end?

Everything has its reasons. Tuesday, July 11, 2006. YES I DO AND EVERYTHING AROUND IT. Thursday came and with it the bachelerotte night of. I met up with her sister in the early afternoon and together we went to the nearby supermarket to get all the food for that evening. And just going out for dinner and drinks was to us just not very special for her bachelerotte night. After a long lunch and nearly brain dead from brain storming we came up with the theme of that night: A good housewife à la 1950's.

At this point I would like to say thank you to. Thank you to all of you who read and left comments on my blog.

Everything has its reasons. Thursday, October 26, 2006. TIME GOES (RUNS) BY. Wow finally 17 and one year to go until full age. Already I did not feel like a teenager anymore, I was almost a "real" adult. And like a real adult I wanted to celebrate. My Birthday was on a weekday and since some of my friends were anyway out in town I wanted to celebrate with them. My mothers’ answer NO. And when she said no, it was NO! The Birthday Party became more mature; nice dinner and a quick visit to a In-Club. As...
