After three weeks away, it is indescribably salubrious to be back in Thailand, enjoying the clement days of January. One will naturally enjoy some fine local food too. After a sunrise run at the park, fresh juice, porridge, and soy milk, followed by freshly ground Thai (of course) coffee, I read, studied, and wrote all day.

It would have happened sooner if they hadnt stopped flying to Bangkok, but so it goes. That was a lot of flights, and a lot of great trips, and memories. . I flew United to Delhi, where it was hot. Monday, January 25, 2010. The maintenance staff is currently renovating a few bunkers that are unplayable during the winter months. Many bunkers have original sand that is now 15 years old and has become contaminated. Our process includes; removing the contaminated sand, replacing drainage, and adding new sand. As part of our committment to the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program we have converted a former landscape bed into a wildflower area. We hope this area will be home to many pollinators.
