In order to gain the benefits of a regular yoga practice, in classes or at home, we usually choose a particular style of yoga that we like, or is available nearby. This is a reasonable and practical approach. And we might be lucky enough to gain the general benefit that we are looking for. We have a good teacher. Who can guide each person. That we practice regularly.
