Stitch That | Michael James Brown
https://michaeljamesbrown.wordpress.com/2009/04/04/stitch-that
Landscape Photography from around the globe. I’m a techo laggard. I’m a tightwad, so I always get technology that is just been superseeded so I get it at half the price it was when it was released. I only recently upgraded from a very early version of PS, simply because I was still getting the results I needed, and for me, there wasn’t a great deal of difference when I did…. All will be revealed in good time I suppose……. By Michael Brown on April 4, 2009. 5 Responses to “Stitch That”. You are commenting ...

Landscape Photography from around the globe. Thought I’d drag my backside out of bed again this morning to see what was going on out the window, and for the second day I managed to get some good ray action through the cloud and humidity. Michael Olive's Photography Blog. As mentioned in my previous post, my family and I just returned from a much needed holiday in Bali. It has been 8 years since we visited Bali and a lot has changed in that time with a lot of development gone ahead. The below shot was a rushed shot taken in the alleyway just outside our villa as one of the local men was heading out for a stroll. Nikon D90, Nikon 35mm prime @ f1.8, 1/320 sec. Michael Olive's Photography Blog. Finally time for a new post! Well it has been 2 months since my last post as work and my daughter have taken up all but a small amount of my spare time. Dusk at Parliament House | Michael Olive's Photography Blog
https://michaelolive.wordpress.com/2010/05/31/dusk-at-parliament-house
Michael Olive's Photography Blog. Dusk at Parliament House. Now that winter is here most of the colour has disappeared from the Canberran landscape so I have decided to start to try and capture the Capitals landmarks in a different light to what I have seen before. I have also started using my ultra wide zoom again a lot more, it has been a while but I think my skills are progressing enough to make some good compositions with it as opposed to previously when I wasn’t quite getting it right. Yep best shot...

We look forward to what the future holds for us and being able to watch little Mia grow year on year. Just a few more recent photos taken over the past 2 months. The bottom 2 are the most recent and were taken on my new iPhone (man I love this thing, you always have a decent camera with you). Thanks for...

Michael Olive's Photography Blog. I managed to get out for sunrise last weekend as I had been wanting to shoot the new Spring blossoms along Lake Burley Griffin. I took the same shot during Autumn (which I will post soon) and wanted to get a shot during Spring to contrast the two. This one was taken with the D90 and Sigma 70-200mm. Hemingway Revisited | A man's journey
A man's journey. March 24, 2016. March 24, 2016. I recently spoke with a dear friend who had called to tell me that the tests were all conclusive and yes, the person had a fatal illness with months to live. And then, out of the blue, they proceeded to tell me that they no longer believed in God. “How could a loving God be so cruel and let his children die? 8221; “Why does God allow it? I quoted what many of my priest buddies have said to me; “Free Will is the trade-off”, etc, etc. Back in ‘Nam…. It’...
