Life has been Busy w/ a capital B. However, I tried a new recipe from Ms. Stewart. Herself. It’s our new favorite and I had to share it! 2 pints grape tomatoes (here I used 1 pint b/c Sean isn’t big into tomatoes). 2 tablespoons olive oil. Coarse salt and ground pepper. 1 cup yellow cornmeal. 1 cup balsamic vinegar.
