The kids (and I, of course), are getting in the spirit around here. day one of december found me putting the finishing touches on the advent calendar. this is the new and improved version, and though it felt a bit "piece-mealy" putting it together, it will serve it's purpose, and I am moving on. I always know what that means.I've got a helper whether I want one or not! So, here we are making those delicious "out of the box" brownies with liberal. I am seriously addicted to that...

We became quite spoiled living in the house on 59th ave. it was the perfect size for our growing family, situated in a nice little neighborhood {though on a very busy and. Noisy street}, Nemo had a friend right across the street and it was two minutes from his new little preschool. Friday, May 18, 2007. Today was fun for Ian. He received the new external hard drive that he ordered (250 GB.this is a lot of memory, I'm told) and a surge protector and a couple other little things. Todd had to go to Chicago for the day, so we went without him. It was pretty cold and windy, but at least the sun was shining! The girls had so much fun picking their apples. We even got an end of season discount. We had to do some searching, but we found plenty of trees that still had a lot of fruit. Aw I love it!
