Determination is my word for the day! I did it. I got up in time this morning for Bikram yoga. Class starts at 06:00 AM which means I need to be in my car and on the road by 5:30. There is a rush of urgency as the studio door gets locked just before 06:00. I made it in time! Again, I want to quit, but I don't give up. I woke up at 05:15 to be present at this class. I want to feel great today. I want to have accomplished this awesome workout and have the rest of the day free. Michelle Daigle, RN.

Happy Birthday.to me! Yes, today is my 45th birthday! It is so hard to believe because when I look in the mirror I don't see what I envision 45 to be. I don't think I act like a typical 45 year old. I Threw in the Towel. I threw in the towel. literally. Last week my family and I went on a beach vacation. It was excellent! But I am THAT MOM; the one that sits on the sidelines and just watches. I miss out on lots of fun because I never put on a swimsuit and play. I am very self-conscious of my hips and thighs. They aren’t tight and buff as I hope for. They are on the not-so-tight side.
