Thursday, June 23, 2011. Tough Decision, 1.1. Steps 1, Defining my decision;. I have an important personal decision to make in the next two weeks. My sister is getting married and I need to lose 5 pounds before the wedding. I want to look beautiful, healthy and fit. I will be wearing a stunning black brides grown and will be in a tremendous amount of photos. Step 2, Considering the possible choices;. I can eat two very small meals each day or I can do 30 minutes of cardio and eat three medium meals a day.
