Martymom's Musings: Five Minute Friday: Exhale-Is There an App for That?
http://jenchic.blogspot.com/2014/07/five-minute-friday-exhale-is-there-app.html
Living, laughing, loving, seeking, praising. Saturday, July 05, 2014. Five Minute Friday: Exhale-Is There an App for That? I would like to think I am my old self again, more than four years after. In so many ways, really most ways, I am. But loss and grief has affected a part of me I just cannot shake. Constant fear. I make decisions and parent out of fear. I had no control over what I lost and it makes me fearful of what is next. I am not proud of this. It is mostly connected to my kids. And trusting in...

The Horrible Homeschooler: Wine Time
http://thehorriblehomeschooler.blogspot.com/2009/01/wine-time.html
Friday, January 9, 2009. Did you really think I'd be able to keep up with a posting schedule? I mean, really? Yeah, I didn't either. So it's been awhile. But I do have good news. We finished the year strong and have started on schedule and man does it feel good! After the nonsense and holiday time-sucks, Zane and I finally got to catch up with our homeschooling buddies (and just all around peas-in-a-pod friends.) No matter how much time we spend together, it's never enough. Quite bittersweet. Cough, and ...

Just a little about nothing: January 2014
http://justalittleaboutnothing.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 27, 2014. Pray Daniel 10:12 for 2014. First “do not be afraid”. Don’t let fear stop you from responding to or daring to approach God. Dare to draw near to God and hear His voice. Nothing is easy about encountering God’s glory, but oh the rewards! Live a Daniel life; out there and exposed to God’s glory. It will quicken every nerve ending. It will not be a pain free life and it’s not the safe at a distance life, but it is a life most alive and abundant! Monday, January 20, 2014. There was ...

I'm blogging at MichellePendergrass.com. Sunday, July 25, 2010. I'm horribly behind in my 90 day Bible reading so I don't feel I can post about it until I'm caught up. I'm still reading, but it might be awhile before I'm above water. I went to a conference (Necon! And had our yearly BBQ and spent over 12 hours at the fair with Zane and Patches and went to Indianapolis for a concert (Lilith! With my friend, Toni. ALL in one week. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

~michellependergrass.com: Amazing Grace
http://zanesmilkmachine.blogspot.com/2010/06/amazing-grace.html
I'm blogging at MichellePendergrass.com. Thursday, June 10, 2010. In September of 2008, God allowed me to sing my grandma into eternity. She was a strong woman and fought to the very end, but went peacefully. A gift such as this would come along only once in a lifetime. In that moment, her respirations dropped in half. I got closer, kissed her forehead, caressed her cheek, told her I love her. I said, "Ok mom. I'm not going to sleep. I'm just going to stay right here with you, ok? How sweet the sound.
