Also great when you’re trying to make healthier decisions with your food choices. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1 1/4 cups grape tomatoes, halved. 1 large shallot, chopped. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped. 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped.
