The owl was actually a little purse pattern off another blog I follow, sadly I can't remember the name of the blog, but I decided I would rather like a hanging owl than a purse.I jus tlove owl's of the hooky or fabric kind! Thursday, 7 June 2012. He just had to be a tiger on the day and what a great time they had. Hamish looks rather serious here alm...

all things crafty: Exploring
http://madaboutstitching.blogspot.com/2014/08/exploring.html
Tuesday, 19 August 2014. We decided to explore in the gorgeous summer sun! We concluded no adventure would be complete without Woody the dog tagging along. Hamish found the lily pads fascinating and started talking about frogs. Which got him wondering how they balance on them and whether or not they sink with the weight of the frogs. I found his conversation charming and giggle worthy. We paused to take in the wildlife and the amazing views. I just have to say it turned out to be a blisteringly hot day!

http://ailsaphilandgirls.blogspot.com/2013/03/lake-leschenaultia.html
All things bright and beautiful. Sunday, March 31, 2013. While the weather is still so gorgeous, we decided to spend Easter Sunday up in the hills at a favourite spot for the locals. We threw some food in the picnic basket (we bought lunch up there, but well you know kids and fresh air = never stop eating! The water was icy cold despite the outside temperature, but that didn't stop lots of kids swimming. After lots of swimming, the girls wanted to go canoeing! Sunday, March 31, 2013. I had an idea for th...

All things bright and beautiful: FRESH FLOWERS IN THE HOUSE
http://ailsaphilandgirls.blogspot.com/2015/04/fresh-flowers-in-house.html
All things bright and beautiful. Sunday, April 26, 2015. FRESH FLOWERS IN THE HOUSE. I discovered a lovely man on a side road that sells the most gorgeous bunches of fresh flowers for a very reasonable price. The colours are just stunning, the fragrant smell divine. I bought a few mixed bunches, mainly because I couldn't decide, and also because it's nice to support the small business. I also got these gorgeous ones! Loving all the colours and smells in my house right now. Sunday, April 26, 2015. So Tues...

All things bright and beautiful. Sunday, April 05, 2015. Happy Birthday on Easter Sunday. I decided a camel trek through the Bibbulman track was in order today to celebrate turning another year older! Afterwards, we had afternoon tea in the tearooms. Ella and Kate had savouries and milkshakes, I opted for the scones with a milkshake, Phil finished off everything we didn't. Sunday, April 05, 2015. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This pudding is an old favourite. Amie learnt to make it herself from a young...

http://ailsaphilandgirls.blogspot.com/2015/04/girls-in-city.html
All things bright and beautiful. Sunday, April 19, 2015. Girls' in the City. With the end of the school holidays fast approaching, and seeing I have worked long hours all the way through, I let the girls' decide what to do today. They chose the City for some shopping and sights. On the way home. we stopped at the South Perth Foreshore which was very busy with walkers, runners, cyclists and families playing with balls and dogs! Stunning blue sky against architecture. The autumn leaves were stunning. Monda...
