Still in awe at the existence of such a thing as an animal ophthalmologist (& at the advances that have been made in veterinary care since my last cat died at 17 in 1993), I was thoroughly impressed by the TAOC. ドタバタ大学院生活M2編
といっても、話題提供という枠組みでしたが。このA大学の研究会には人数は多くないけど当然ながらアカデミックな経歴の皆々様がお集まりで、めっちゃテンパりました。 発表が日本語だったのでそこは楽といえばそうなんだけど、、準備が悪い。 あと、質疑応答のとき、反論しそうになるか異様に納得するかで、reactiveすぎる我に反省。 質的研究奥が深い。 翌日はS大学で言語管理学会。駐在員の妻の研究をしていて私も引用している先生の一人と話が出来てよかった。いい経験と勉強になり、５０肩はだけどいっこうに治らない。 もう秋学期が始まる！ . またやる気が出ました。(単純） 頑張る。 うーん、自分じゃこんなふうに絶対書けないので、なんか自分で自分のハードル上げてる気が。。 This study explores the experiences of Japanese expatriate spouses who lived in a suburb of New York City while accompanying their husbands on job assignments.
