Beautifully designed to sail on the rivers in Europe with ease considering all of the challenges of the river. And so here is the Concerto sailing down the Mein and Rhine River. Fuel oil consumption 85 gallons per mile. The ship burns 150 tons per day sailing and 30 tons in port per day. Fuel oil capacity 860,000 gallons. Cruising speed 21 knots. Fresh water consumption 174,000 gallons per day. Fresh Water Production 370,000 gallons per day. Five electric propulsion motors generate 60,000 horsepower.
