Green beans, ends cut. I just make as many as I want. Pine nuts, roasted. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook/blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes. (longer, depending on how you like your beans). Tri-Tip Sirloin Steak Marinade. 1 T kosher salt. 1 T ground black pepper. 1 T garlic powder. 1 t cayenne pepper. 1 t dried rosemary. 1/2 t dry sage. 2 T olive oil. In a bowl, combine all the dry spices. Transfer the mixed spices to a zip-lok bag, and add the olive oil. Mix well. Serve with a hearty red wine.
