1960 Fiat 600 Multipla. In the years that followed World War II, it became obvious to Fiat management that the future lay in a small car, cheap to manufacture and cheap to buy. Chief technical designer Dante Giacosa set about finding a replacement for the 500 Topolino: Project 100. The mixed-use station wagon, called 600 Multipla (All Service). Messerschmitt cabin scooters were built by RSM under the watchful eye of Professor Willy himself and proudly carried the Messerschmitt symbol, the Augsburg eagle, on the nose and throughout the car. Very elegant and now extremely sought after, only 300 Roadsters were built. Regensburger Stahl- u. Maschinenbau, Regensburg, Germany. Motor: Fichtel and Sachs 2-stroke. When production resumed, the B65 had become the T60, a 3-wheeler, able to be driven on a motorcycle license. The slightly longer body had a bit of room behind the front seats and very rare T60/4 (only 40 made). Had actual child seats over the rear wheel.
