http://moptop-moptopspitstop.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Taking the T out of Twitter. Monday, 31 January 2011. A restaurant in a busy much unloved. A Banshee, an Idle Boy, a Saintly Ma. What were you doing in that shop? I was having a consultation. With a Chinese doctor. I've been ill for weeks. Thank you for noticing. (BEAT) Where are our drinks? Did you buy anything? From a Chinese doctor in a shopping centre? Chinese medicine has a very reputable, um, reputation. Was his name Doctor. He didn't tell me his name. (BEAT) He didn't speak English. No, he's not&#...

The Crafty Blogger: July 2010
http://thecraftyblogger.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, 11 July 2010. Mania has well and truly passed me by. I've not read any of the books or seen the films (I'm much more of a True Blood girl). However, I happen to know a young lady who is Twilight mad and has a birthday coming up so it calls for a suitable birthday card. As I said, I'm not that well up on the adventures of Edward, Jacob or Bella so a bit of interweb research was required. One of the first things I found was THIS. Amazing cake, inspired by the Twilight series book covers. Daring Car...

The Crafty Blogger: Work In Progress: The Sewing Machine's Out Again!
http://thecraftyblogger.blogspot.com/2011/01/work-in-progress-sewing-machines-out.html
Sunday, 9 January 2011. Work In Progress: The Sewing Machine's Out Again! After the (reasonable) success of my races dress last year ( here). I decided to get the sewing machine out again. The Vogue. Pattern I made the dress from has a number of variations on it so I've decided to have a go at the halterneck style. It's not going too badly and all it needs now is a bit of finishing and the zip going in:. Thanks for looking,. Wow what a fabulous dress. :). 11 January 2011 at 22:50. View my complete profile.

The Crafty Blogger: June 2010
http://thecraftyblogger.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 23 June 2010. Boys, Boys, Boys! All I seem to be doing at the moment is male cards which is driving me mad! Last weekend was Father's Day so here's the cards I made for my dad and father in-law. Ingredients: All papers are October afternoon, faux chipboard letters made with scrap cardboard and Cuttlebug dies, hand-cut and paper-pieced boat. Ingredients: All papers are October afternoon and I dug out the old male standby of the Quickutz beer mug die. Links to this post. View my complete profile.

The Crafty Blogger: September 2010
http://thecraftyblogger.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 29 September 2010. The weather is getting colder and damper and I can definitely tell I am back on my winter schedule. My 'winter schedule' is nothing exciting, it mainly revolves around eating soup from one of the local bakeries for my lunch and spending my evenings attempting to knit. The pattern is a free download from Ravelry. And the finished product should look a little something like this. Links to this post. Sunday, 26 September 2010. Not the best pic as it was taken last night in my k...

The Crafty Blogger: May 2010
http://thecraftyblogger.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 12 May 2010. My recent crafting has accidently taken on a strawberry theme. I've found my recent craft related purchases all involve strawberries in some way or another. This was totally unplanned, but so far I've got strawberry print paper, fabric (for dressmaking) and a strawberry themed pin cushion (to use when dress making, but it also inspired a card). More of the dressmaking later, but first a strawberry themed card:. I also decided it might be an idea to buy some cheap fabric to practis...

The Crafty Blogger: August 2010
http://thecraftyblogger.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, 28 August 2010. Cameras, Chester and a Card. Warning, picture heavy post* *. Last Sunday was my birthday and as a present Mr Crafty Blogger paid for me to do a 1:1 photo course. With the photographer and crafter extraordinaire the wonderful Kirsty Wiseman. First this is me taken by Kirsty with my camera (pic from Kirsty's blog. And here's one I took of Kirsty:. If you have a DSLR camera I cannot recommend the course. And I am pleased to report that I did make one and wore it to the races. (...

50/50: November 2009
http://shullie-50by50.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
This is the diary of the challenge I set myself to visit 50 places in the UK that I have never been to before, all by the 24th November 2009, when I hit the BIG 5 0! As I didn't actually hit the 50 places in time, (though I did turn 50), and as I am still in my 5th decade - I have decided to carry on visiting new places, to continue to take photos and to share them here with 'you.' I hope you'll come along for the ride - there will, of course, be tea and cakes! Saturday, 7 November 2009. We came across a...

Heavens to Betsy! ...the exclamations of a small town girl: February 2013
http://heavenstobetsyblog.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
The exclamations of a small town girl. Thursday, 28 February 2013. Mr B has been working weekends of late so it was nice when some good friends of ours invited Joel and I along for a trip out to the Lakeland Motor Museum. The place is rammed with cars from the beginning of motoring right through to present day. I didn't know much about cars before we went there, and still don't now, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Friday, 15 February 2013. Oh we do like to be blown along the seaside! We st...
