Cat trying to snuggle up to dog
http://midlifedog.com/blog/index.php/dogs-and-cats/cat-trying-to-snuggle-up-to-dog
From Rescue Mutt To City Dog. Cat trying to snuggle up to dog. By Gracie the Dog. January 26, 2014. One of an endless series of me sleeping. There’s one of me with Ophelia, our former housemate who has crossed the bridge. Pumpkin, our current housemate, likes company. Since my mom is occupied with her work and Creampuff is too ditzy, I’m the logical choice. My mom is so happy when she sees us together. Tagged as: adopted cat. Comments… add one now. Previous post: Pumpkin the cat loves her kitty condo.
Cats Turn Into Heating Pads
http://midlifedog.com/blog/index.php/dogs-and-cats/2801
From Rescue Mutt To City Dog. Cats Turn Into Heating Pads. By Gracie the Dog. February 16, 2014. It’s been cold! My mom has tried to draft me into service as a heating pad but I have steadily refused. It is beneath my dignity as a dog. Fortunately the cats have stepped up. Creampuff likes to create a little cat cave under the blankets. She has a true gift for finding the coziest spot in our home. Pumpkin snuggles under the blankets with my mom. She’s a living, purring heating pad.
Undercover Cat
http://midlifedog.com/blog/index.php/dogs-and-cats/undercover-cat
From Rescue Mutt To City Dog. By Gracie the Dog. March 7, 2014. It’s cold out there! Sometimes an adopted cat needs to create her own cave for warmth and privacy. My mom often wishes she could do the same. I keep reminding her it’s my blog, but she points out that our cats are SO photogenic … and it’s not like I’ve never been photographed. 8220;Pumpkin is SO special,” she says. Mom, you say that about all our cats since I joined the family. Creampuff, Tiger, Ophelia, and now Pumpkin. Nice Blog, Gracie!
The family … an uneasy truce

From Rescue Mutt To City Dog. The family … an uneasy truce. By Gracie the Dog. December 22, 2014. The three of us all together on the couch. My mom piles on the pillows. I love pillows! Creampuff is being aloof and ditzy as usual. Pumpkin likes to sit on the back of the couch and rule the roost. Comments… add one now. Previous post: It is SO cold … and I hate my coat! Next post: Winter in Philadelphia. Miss Cranky Pants Is Gone. An old dog living the life she deserves…. The family … an uneasy truce.

My TV Girlfriend: Olympics: Deep and shallow thoughts
http://mytvgirlfriend.blogspot.com/2008/08/olympics-deep-and-shallow-thoughts.html
Friday, August 15, 2008. Olympics: Deep and shallow thoughts. Can someone please point me toward the person who invented high-definition television? I want to kiss him or her on the mouth. Oh my god, am I ever addicted to the Olympics in HD. You can see every grain of sand on Misty May and Kerri Walsh's sweaty, well-defined abs, and it is tremendous. The incomparable Dorothy Snarker provides a few. I couldn't agree more! Now that women are combat pilots (check out the PBS series Carrier), cops, firefight...

Midlife Dude | Yeah, well. The Dude abides.
Yeah, well. The Dude abides. Book Review: The Moral Fool. August 30, 2013. A few weeks ago I went to the library after searching for a book, How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World. Caught my eye and was chosen to make the trip to Door County and back before being read. So on to the review before this paragraph grows even longer. A somewhat dense read as might be expected from a non-fiction philosophy text, but that is probably too critical. It was an entertaining read as well as being informative.
