In mid-2011, Mid Rogue Foundation received $770,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to disburse to local medical organizations to help them upgrade their technical infrastructure. Since then, we have awarded funds to well-qualified medical practices to help them implement Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, attain Meaningful Use, and to establish Information Exchanges for clinical health information. 2011/$15,000 SOASTC School Community Team.

Non-profit entity charged with improving the access, affordability and quality of health services for underserved residents of southern Oregon and northern California. In the summer of 2011, the Foundation was approved as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity, which allows it to raise tax-deductible donor contributions.
