Working with the City of Gardner to obtain a 10-year, 50% abatement of real estate taxes at full completion of each building within the park. Coleman site starts setting up camp. Distribution center near Gardner is almost half done. By RobRoberts Staff Writer. The Kansas City industrial market is trying on its first 1 million-square-foot-plus distribution center for size, and as suspected, it appears to be extra large. The building is 45 percent complete after the recent erection of concrete walls that rise more than 40 feet in places, said Paul Licausi, president of LS Commercial Real Estate.
