Just whip up the dressing, cube up some leftover chicken, add veggies and oila! Taken from the Ketogenic Diet Resource. 2 cups diced, cooked chicken (dark meat is tastier). 1/2 cup diced celery. 1/2 cup sliced green onion. 3 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 tsp dried tarragon. 1/2 tsp dried thyme.
